Delivery and Pick Up Information

Delivery Information

Please order before Wednesday 11.59pm for delivery Monday between 8am-6pm.

You will notified of your delivery the night prior via SMS with an estimated time of delivery. If needing to reschedule your delivery, please contact info@cocoskitchen.com.au before 9am Friday.

Your order is delivered insulated with ice. Please put your order in the freezer ASAP to avoid spoilage.

 

Public Holiday Delivery Information

We will deliver your order on the next available day after a public holiday between 8am-6pm. You will be notified of your delivery the night prior via SMS with an estimated time of delivery.

 

Pick Up Information

Pick up orders are available weekly at Lagoon Reserve in Port Melbourne. Pick up is 6pm every Thursday night.

You will be notified when your order is available for pick up via email. You will also receive a confirmation of pick up the Thursday morning via SMS.
